Rahul Bhatia – Founder & Principal Architect, TEQ IT LTD

Rahul Bhatia is the Founder and Principal Architect of TEQ IT LTD, a consulting firm specializing in SAP S/4HANA transformations, AI-driven financial automation, and enterprise cloud solutions. With over 20 years of international experience, Rahul has led complex digital finance and ERP transformation programs across industries including manufacturing, healthcare, automobile, retail, and the public sector.

As a recognized SAP S/4HANA Cloud Solution Architect, Rahul has delivered successful implementations for global enterprises such as Scania, GSK, Deloitte, Indivior, and Manchester City Council. His expertise lies in finance architecture, enterprise integration, and digital transformation governance, ensuring organizations achieve agility, compliance, and long-term value from their ERP investments.

Rahul is also the creator of two proprietary frameworks:
• FAST™ (Finance Architecture Strategy Technology Framework) – a strategic model designed to reduce overspending, enhance compliance, and accelerate financial transformation.
• DFRA™ (Digital Finance Reference Architecture) – a cloud-native reference model enabling regulated enterprises to transition to SAP S/4HANA Cloud with built-in compliance, analytics, AI, and ESG alignment.

Beyond his consulting work, Rahul is a Forbes Technology Council member, IEEE Senior Member, and SAP Masterclass Director, where he actively mentors and trains professionals worldwide. Muhammad Ali Jamshed is the Chief Technical Advisor at TEQ-IT Ltd,

where he drives innovative, cost-effective solutions to maximise client ROI and enable sustainable business growth. With over a decade of experience across academia, industry, and leadership, in AI and Telecommunications, he holds a PhD from the University of Surrey. Dr Muhammad Ali has been with the University of Glasgow since 2021. He is also affiliated as a Collaborating Researcher with the Machine Learning and Communications Lab at Stanford University, USA, and affiliated as Visiting Research Professor at Kyungpook National University, South Korea. His academic and consulting journey includes serving as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Sussex (2022–2024) and working as a Wireless Technical Consultant with Briteyellow Ltd (2022–2023). Endorsed by the Royal Academy of Engineering under the Exceptional Talent category, Muhammad’s contributions have been recognised through multiple nominations for the University of Surrey’s Departmental Prize for Excellence in Research. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), and a Member of the EURASIP Academy. Muhammad serves as an Editor for IEEE Wireless Communications Letters and as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Sensors Journal, IEEE Internet of Things Magazine, and IEEE Communications Standards Magazine. He is also the Founding/Lead Chair of the IEEE ComSoc Special Interest Group on AI for Integrated Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks (AITNTN) and has chaired more than 20 workshops at flagship IEEE conferences including GLOBECOM, ICC, and INFOCOM.
